1. Who we are

This store is operated by Huglet, based in Portugal. Contact: hello@huglet.shop.

By accessing or using huglet.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and small variations in stitching, fill and finish are normal.

Huglets are weighted companions intended for ages 3 and up. They are not sleep surfaces for infants and are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and Huglets are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error, and will refund you in full if we do.

6. Discounts

Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout when the qualifying number of items is in your cart. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise, and have no cash value.

7. Returns

Returns, refunds and your statutory right of withdrawal are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. As a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
