Shipping
We currently ship to Portugal and select international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 3-7 business days
- Rest of EU: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local courier conditions. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Huglet. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
How to start a return:
Email us at oliveiradamien10@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Huglet arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.
