Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If tracking has not updated within a few days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take a further 3-10 business days to show it on your statement, which is outside our control.

Contact us as quickly as you can. If the order has not yet been passed to fulfilment we can usually change the address or cancel it outright. Once it has shipped, the 30-night guarantee is the route to take.

Our companions are designed for ages 3 and up, with safety-rated eyes and no small detachable parts. They are made for laps and cuddles - never as a sleep surface for babies or infants, and not for unsupervised use under 3.

For children over 3 who can comfortably move the companion themselves, sleeping alongside one is generally fine - it should rest beside them rather than on their chest or face. If your child has any breathing, mobility or sensory condition, check with their GP or occupational therapist first.
