Where we ship
We ship across Portugal, the European Union and EEA, and to a selection of international destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE.
If your country is not available at checkout, email hello@huglet.shop and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Shipping costs
- Portugal: 5.99 EUR, or free on orders over 45 EUR.
- International: 17 EUR flat rate.
The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Portugal: 6 to 12 business days
- Rest of EU and EEA: 8 to 15 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates from the moment your order ships, not from when you place it. They are not guarantees, as customs, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Split deliveries
If you order several Huglets, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you.
Customs and import duties
Orders within the EU carry no additional duties. For destinations outside the EU, you may be charged import duties or taxes by your local authorities. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the product price but not the original shipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email hello@huglet.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund you.
